EXPERIENCE
Sandra Scott is a certified public accountant with over15 years experience representing individuals and small businesses in all types of tax controversy matters with the Internal Revenue Service as well as all state taxing agencies including the Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization, and Employment and Development Department. Sandra Scott has extensive trial experinence in Tax Court, Bankruptcy Court, District Court, State Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Sandra Scott also has extensive experience solving collection problems, handling offers in compromise, filing late tax returns and in audit representation.
